If your recording fails when you attempt to either record it, or play it back, please try again.
But if the error persists, it's likely that your connection to our server is not sufficient. We recommend that you:
1) Update LockDown Browser to the latest version, if not already done. Please use the instructions found here.
2) Restart your computer. After the restart, manually shut down all other applications on the computer.
3) Move as close to the router as possible, or try using a different WiFi network.
4) If the problem persists, try using an Ethernet cable to "hard wire" into the router.
