If you see such a pull-down list, this means that more than one e-learning system is used at your institution.
If you are presented with a list of server names when you start LockDown Browser, such as “Blackboard @ MySchool” and “Moodle @ OtherSchool” make sure you select the correct server. Ask your instructor or local support if you are not sure.
You may also want to make sure the correct version of LockDown Browser for your institution was installed.
